Your services may be covered under your HSA or FSA plan. We do accept all major credit cards.

Insurance is billed as a courtesy to you; however, the coverage amount is determined by your insurance company. If your insurance company denies coverage or fails to issue a payment, you will be responsible for the payment of services.

To verify your coverage, please contact your insurance company’s member services number and provide the clinician's name to inquire if they are in-network with your plan. Please note that not all clinicians at this clinic accept the same insurance plans. If you are unsure of how to check, our administrative staff or the provider you’re interested in working with can assist you.

It is also important to confirm the details of your mental health/behavioral health coverage with your insurance company. If you prefer, we can also bill your insurance for out-of-network benefits.

Yes, we provide virtual appointments. You will be required to sign a consent form for this type of service.

Our session fees for counseling range from approximately $160 to $225, depending on factors such as the type of service, provider, session length, and insurance coverage. For more details on your potential cost, please contact your insurance company directly. At the time of intake, each clinician will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate upon intake and again upon request if you're using out-of-network benefits or paying out-of-pocket.

During our appointments, we dedicate 100% of our attention and energy to you. As a result, we are not available for walk-in appointments or brief drop-in conversations. The best way to make an appointment is by calling our office or logging into your portal. Thank you for your understanding!
